About Us
Rooted Reclamation is a multiple disciplinary collective that offers coaching, community, and culture-shifting experiences for those navigating isolation, burnout, and transition—especially Black women, femmes, and queer people of color living at the edges of systems not built for them.
Led by Founder Coach Leslie S. Stevens, we specialize in helping those navigating homogenous workspaces or creative industries reconnect with their values, reclaim self-trust, and reimagine their vision for impact. Through 1:1 coaching, curated communities, and liberatory culture consulting, we create spaces to unpack the burdens of white supremacy, capitalism, perfectionism and other systems of oppression—so you can make room for clarity, care, and what’s next. Guided by Black queer feminist wisdom and sustained by community, our work invites you to unpack your bag, deepen your roots, and reclaim your power.

We envision a reimagined world where marginalized people are safe—and trust themselves more than the systems of dominance, bias, and oppression that seek to shrink humanity and imagination.
We endeavor to eradicate the loneliness and isolation born of capitalism’s constraints, so that we have the capacity and community to let our ideal visions for the future take flight. A future where rest is strategic, boundaries are celebrated as tools for advancement, and leadership is measured by empathy, clarity, care, and collective impact.

Our Mandate
Rooted Reclamation exists to create spaces of restoration, reflection, and liberation for those navigating isolation, burnout, and transition. Through coaching, community, and cultural care, we guide people back to their inner wisdom, so they can reclaim their power, rewrite limiting narratives, and root into new ways of living, leading, and being.
